When i inhale slowly and deeply my back cracks?

ive had this happen, when it does happen with me, my back cracks as does yours, and its like all teh energy i got stored up since i was tired, just runs out of me. it does suck, i hope someone else answers this. look at my posts on hiccups, and back irritation and energy issues. this is related to what you were saying. at least the upper back irritation part.
