Can animals get high?

hypotheticly, (to solve a debate were having) if you inhale marijuana, and exhale it into a cats face, and the cat breathes it in, will the cat feel high? and if so will the cat feel the same high as a human or just feel sick? before anyone comment saying this is inhumane and wrong, we arent planning on doing this to a cat, or any animal. we are just discussing it and wanted to know what would happen. thanks.
