If you were to roll chocolate powder in paper and smoke it would it taste chocolaty?

I mean I don't think it would get you high, atleast I hope not. But what would happen if you put Swiss miss hot chocolate mix in a piece of paper and smoked it? You wouldn't inhale it, just hold the smoke in your mouth and release like a cigar. Would it taste chocolaty?
