Rhapsody in Blue for clarinet quartet/quintet?

Chances are that this was an arrangement of Rhapsody in Blue either commissioned for the group or written by one of the ensemble's member in the video. Whether it will be published remains to be seen. Since they are a European group, perhaps a foreign publisher will issue it.
