Starve/workout fast results?
Female 18 5'8 140 not toned slightly flabby not overweight or fat but I'm "soft" lol I want to be firm and toned. Will consuming 1000 calories (green, fruits, meat) and intense cardio and weightlifting get me fast results? I just want muscles
