Why do Chelsea always get rid of good young talent?

Very good Question.I have thought that for years since from when i supported them big time.Bonetti, Shelleto,Harris,Venables,Greaves, Tambling, ,Bridges,Houseman,Osgood ,Hollins, Wilkins, plus many others all Chelsea home products via juniors :south east counties to football combination to 1st team.That has all gone because of MONEY they want,instant success....it is simple as that. I actually had a trial with Chelsea in Feb`1964.I played against Hollins.
