Computer cookies interfering with sites?

Not sure if its cookies that are the problem, but whenever I click on a link through google it brings me to this INCREDIBLY annoying site scour.com and now I have to copy and paste every single link. Any ideas? I tried adding it to resticted sites list, didnt work. I have google chrome.
